Your card on file will be charged $25 semester fees on August 20th & January 20th
Summer Showcase Fee of $25 charged to your card on July 1st for our performance the first weekend of August. Includes souvenier shirt
Performance fees of $75 will be charged to your card on file 30 days before our Christmas Spectacular (December) and Spring Showcase (May) held at a local Chattanooga professional auditorium. Includes souvenier shirt.
You can upgrade your membership at anytime by emailing info@weavedancecompany.com
You can downgrade your membership at anytime before your next withdrawal by emailing info@weavedancecompany.com
You can change your style plan (if not on unlimited) once per semester. Email info@weavedancecompany.com to do so.
You can pause your membership for up to 2 months at a time. If you decide to cancel your membership within your pause, you will be charged one month's tuition rate as a cancelation fee. All pause requests must be sent to info@weavedancecompany.com
To cancel your membership, you must send an email to info@weavedancecompany.com at least 30 days before your next automatic withdrawal. If a notice is received within 30 days of your next withdrawal, then one more charge to your account will take place before your account cancels out completely.
We do not offer refunds or transfers.
