It encompasses a variety of styles, including popping, locking, waving, and grooving and is characterized by its high-energy, rhythmic complexity, and improvisational nature. Hip Hop Foundations is a class that focuses on purely the technique of the art form.

What to Wear: Comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. Bring sneakers. Do not buy anything for this class. If you decide to join, we have required dress code wear that you get from us.
